I demonstrate how I use a walking foot, mark guidelines, and share tips I’ve learned through trial and error to help you achieve even stitching. If you’re interested in quilting, I hope this video provides helpful insights for your own projects! Final Photos are in Part 3 and the Gallery. You can also check out Part 2 if you have not already. Whenever I make something, it has a purpose in my Whenever I make something, it has a purpose in my life. Here are some goals that were on my mind before and while completing this project.

I didn't want to overthink things as I normally do. Another major goal was to use the fabric and notions that I saved in my fabric stash. I accomplished those goals, plus more.

Hi Everyone!! I made two things while pregnant thi Hi Everyone!! I made two things while pregnant this shirt and a dress! Normally I make 8 to 12 things a year, but this time I made a whole human too 😅 so we’re calling that a win. Being preggo takes a lot of energy.

This shirt has been great for nursing and for covering my postpartum belly lol. I’m so proud of the pattern matching it took some serious brain power to pattern match the stripes.

For styling it looks cute with leggings or flares, and I love how comfy it feels. I made the pants too 🎉. I love my new boots. I finally found some affordable cowgirl boots after years of searching!

I also made a blog post about this outfit. Link in the bio to my website. Just got to the most recent blog post. It's super hard to do things right now so yay me for getting this done 🤣.

For many years I wanted to sew fast like super fast, but now I'll embrace the slowness of creating a garment.

I want to make blazers and outerwear. I'll probably make some pants as well. This collection of patterns represents the next phase of my making journey so let's see where this goes.
